DEVELOPMENT AND PROGRAMMING OF INDUSTRIAL PLCs AND COMMUNICATIONS

We design and implement HMIs, industrial SCADAS and process visualisation in which the acquisition and processing of data adapted to each process is displayed simply so that the client can make their decisions based on data obtained in real time.

DC Drives / AC Drives / Regenerative systems / Water-cooled solutions
Variable speed electric drives enable flexibility in the voltage and frequency of the network, thereby obtaining energy savings, improved productivity, prolonged machine life cycles, manoeuvre precision and reliability, improved installation performance, simplified installation and noise reduction.
They have energy regeneration systems which reuse energy generated in machine manoeuvres by returning part of this kinetic energy to the network thereby preventing energy loss.
By water-cooling this equipment, a reduction in cooling requirements in machine rooms and electric rooms is obtained which, at high voltages, enables a considerable reduction in the space required, a common problem in many projects of this type.
With high-efficiency drive systems, production costs can be reduced, thereby increasing profitability and reducing CO2 emissions, in a sustainable way and throughout the life cycle of the installations.
If regeneration systems and liquid-cooling are added to this technology, huge competitive advantages can be gained for the installations, both in terms of the environment and economically.
Additionally, liquid-cooling technology can be added to the system. This is perhaps the newest type of technology compared to previous installations. It is notable for its high power density and its optimised sized.
